Imminence of God

Image
I am still here
Please don’t morn for me
I am still here
Though you can’t see

I am right by your side
Each night and day
And within your heart
Is where I long to stay

My body is gone
But I am always near
I am everything you feel
See and here

My spirit is free
But I will never depart
Just as long as you keep me
Alive in your heart

I will never wander
Out of your sight
I am the brightest star
That shines in the night

I will never be
Beyond your reach
I am the pure white snow
That blankets the ground

I am the beautiful flower
Of which you are so fond
And I am the clear water
That basills in pond

I am the first bright blossom
That you see in the spring
I am the first elegant rainbow
That April will bring

I am the first ray of light
When the sun starts to shine
And you will always see in the night
That every face on the moon is mine

When you to think
That there is no one to love
You can talk to me
Through the lord above

I will whisper my answers
Through the limbs of the trees
And you will always feel my presence
Through every soft …

Awaken us from ignorance

Image
Behold, Usha... the beautiful dawn... Heaven’s darling daughter decked in pure pious white, the goddess of worldly wealth in its entirety.... has slowly emerged in her magnificence and vermillion splendor to brighten the eastern hemisphere!
Oh, most lovely and lucky lady of golden hue and luster, spread your light here and everywhere to awaken us from the deep inertia of ignorance.

Don't cry; enjoy.

Image
A wise man once sat in the audience & cracked a joke.
All laughed like crazy. After a moment he cracked the same joke again and a little less people laughed this time. He cracked the same joke again & again, when there was no laughter in the crowd, he smiled and said,
“When u can’t laugh on the same joke again & again, then why do u keep crying over the same thing over and over again”
Life is small and moments are less.. Don't waste it ...Just enjoy...

Tell problems you have a big God !

Image
Two men went fishing. One was an experienced fisherman, the other wasn't. Every time the experienced fisherman caught a big fish, he put it in his ice chest to keep it fresh. Whenever the inexperienced fisherman caught a big fish, he threw it back. The experienced fisherman watched this go on all day and finally got tired of seeing the man waste good fish. Why do you keep throwing back all the big fish you catch he asked.

The inexperienced fisherman replied, I only have a small frying pan.

Sometimes, like that fisherman, we throwback the big plans, big dreams, big jobs, big opportunities that God gives us. Our faith is too small.

We laugh at that fisherman who didn't figure out that all he needed was a bigger frying pan, yet how ready are we to increase the size of our faith. Whether it's a problem or a possibility, God will never give you anything bigger than you can handle. That means we can confidently walk into anything God brings our way.

You can do all things th…

Unending love

Image
I seem to have loved you in numberless forms, numberless times...
In life after life, in age after age, forever.
My spellbound heart has made and remade the necklace of songs,
That you take as a gift, wear round your neck in your many forms,
In life after life, in age after age, forever.

Whenever I hear old chronicles of love, it's age old pain,
It's ancient tale of being apart or together.
As I stare on and on into the past, in the end you emerge,
Clad in the light of a pole-star, piercing the darkness of time.
You become an image of what is remembered forever.

You and I have floated here on the stream that brings from the fount.
At the heart of time, love of one for another.
We have played along side millions of lovers,
Shared in the same shy sweetness of meeting,
the distressful tears of farewell,
Old love but in shapes that renew and renew forever.

To Make You Win

Image
Do not give up and do not give in,
For hope is there to make you win.

Whether through trouble or through pain,
The lesson should never be in vain.

Starting through the night,
It might feel you have lost sight.

But behold just a few moments more,
And light will break through with a roar.

Do not give up and do not give in,
For hope is there to make you win.

Hope is the thing with feathers

Image
Hope is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul,
And sings the tune--without the words,
And never stops at all,

And sweetest in the gale is heard;
And sore must be the storm
That could abash the little bird
That kept so many warm.

I've heard it in the chillest land,
And on the strangest sea;
Yet, never, in extremity,
It asked a crumb of me.

The little fluit

Image
Thou hast made me endless,
such is thy pleasure.
This frail vessel thou emptiest again and again,
and fillest it ever with fresh life.

This little flute of a reed thou hast
carried over hills and dales,
and hast breathed through it
melodies eternally new.

At the immortal touch
of thy hands my little heart loses
its limits in joy and gives birth
to utterance ineffable.

Thy infinite gifts come to me only on
these very small hands of mine.
Ages pass, and still thou pourest,
and still there is room to fill.

Person hindering your growth is dead !

Image
One day all the employees reached the office and they saw a big advice on the door on which it was written:

“Yesterday the person who has been hindering your growth in this company passed away. We invite you to join the funeral”.

In the beginning, they all got sad for the death of one of their colleagues, but after a while they started getting curious to know who was that man who hindered the growth of his colleagues and the company itself.

The excitement in the gym was such that security agents were ordered to control the crowd within the room. The more people reached the coffin, the more the excitement heated up.

Everyone thought: “Who is this guy who was hindering my progress? Well, at least he died!”

One by one the thrilled employees got closer to the coffin, and when they looked inside it they suddenly became speechless. They stood nearby the coffin, shocked and in silence, as if someone had touched the deepest part of their soul.

There was a mirror inside the coffin: everyone w…

Self Esteem

Image
"No one can hurt you without your consent"
On the first day, as President Abraham Lincoln entered to give his inaugural address, just in the middle, one man stood up. He was a rich aristocrat. He said, “Mr. Lincoln, you should not forget that your father used to make shoes for my family.” And the whole Senate laughed; they thought they had made a fool of Abraham Lincoln.
But Lincoln --- and that type of people are made of a totally different mettle. Lincoln looked at the man and said, “Sir I know that my father used to make shoes in your house for your family, and there will be many others here…. Because the way he made shoes; nobody else can. He was a creator. His shoes were not just shoes; he poured his whole soul in it. I want to ask you, have you any complaint? Because I know how to make shoes myself. If you have any complaint I can make another pair of shoes. But as far as I know, nobody has ever complained about my father’s shoes. He was a genius, a great creator an…

You can if you think you can

Image
If you think you are beaten, you are,
If you think you dare not, you don't.
If you like to win, but you think you can't,
It is almost certain you won't.

If you think you'll lose, you're lost,
For out in the world we find,
Success begins with a fellow's will.
It's all in the state of mind.

If you think you are outclassed, you are,
You've got to think high to rise,
You've got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.

Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man.
But soon or late the man who wins,
Is the man who thinks he can.

This, too, shall pass away !

Image
Art thou in misery, brother ?
Then I pray Be comforted.
Thy grief shall pass away.

Art thou elated ?
Ah, be not too gay; Temper thy joy:
this, too, shall pass away.

Art thou in danger ?
Still let reason sway, And cling to hope:
this, too, shall pass away.

Tempted art thou ?
In all thine anguish lay One truth to heart:
this, too, shall pass away.

Do rays of loftier glory round thee play ?
Kinglike art thou ?
This, too, shall pass away !

Whate’er thou art, wher’er thy footsteps stray,
Heed these wise words: This, too, shall pass away.

Invictus

Image
Out of the night that covers me,  Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll.
I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul.

Failure is a stepping stone

Image
“My great concern is not whether you have failed, but whether you are content with your failure.” - Abraham Lincoln

Failure can either break us or make us. Those broken by failure are haunted by unpleasant memories. These memories are like shadows that lurk in front, behind, beside, beneath and above. It is also a cage that traps the mind, preventing it to entertain possibilities of freedom and success. They are convinced that they cannot do it; therefore, they will not try.

For those that failure could not break are those who became made “men.” Failure to them is not a ghost, but a friend who taught them well. It is also a stepping stone to wisdom. These men and women are convinced that true failure only happens when one gives up.

History has been kind to President Abraham Lincoln. He has been painted as probably the greatest president of the United States of America. It is the good thing that history also recorded his failures. It reflected his frail humanity but also showed his attitu…
