Attitude of gratitude

“When we change the way we look at things, things we look at change.”
~ Wayne Dyre

Gratitude is an ingredient that turns lack into more than enough, sorrow into happiness and defeat into victory. If we want to create a more happy and fulfilled life, if we want to have an abundance on every level of life, the way is to feel blessed for whatever we have.

I personally realized three points that changed my state of mind from complaint to gratitude.
(1) I could have more than I have, but what if I could have less than I have.
(2) If I am not grateful now, when will I be? One who thinks I will be happy after having something, it’s an illusion.
(3) One who is in lack can be fulfilled but one who always feels lack can’t be fulfilled.

Being grateful in the now is requisite. One does so is happy everywhere. Happy and abundant is he, who is deeply grateful by heart. In a real sense, gratitude is an attitude. Here are a few inspiring words for developing gratitude.

Be thankful that you don’t have everything you desire,
If you did, what would there be to look forward to?

Be thankful when you don’t know something,
It gives you an opportunity to learn.

Be thankful for the difficult times,
During those times you grow.

Be thankful for your limitations
Because they give you opportunities for improvement.

Be thankful for each new challenge
Because it will build your strength and character.

Be thankful for your mistakes
They will teach you valuable lessons.

Be thankful when you’re tired and weary
Because it means you’ve made a difference.

It is easy to be thankful for the good things.
A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are also thankful for the setbacks.

GRATITUDE can turn a negative into a positive.
Find a way to be thankful for your troubles and they can become your blessings.

Count own blessings. Counting our blessings shifts our attention from what we don’t have to what we have. The feeling of more abundance. In its essence, gratitude is the feeling of abundance, of love, of happiness. The more we feel gratitude, the more we attract things that make us grateful.

Gratitude helps us think more loving thoughts, and this includes forgiveness. So, the more grateful we are, the easier it is to forgive anyone and anything. You always have enough, even if this is only true from the gratitude perspective. So get into it and feel having more than enough.

Every time I feel gratitude, I am happy. This is true every single time. Try it! It blocks toxic emotions and puts us in direct contact with the infinite vastness of the present moment. Gratitude lets us celebrate the present. So the people with grateful heart are more stress-resilient.

Gratitude is more than just words. It is a feeling, and it is a way of life. People that really manage to live gratitude in every moment of their lives are always happy and satisfied. Being grateful creates the feeling of having more than enough and this is what overflow means. This is the starting point of truly wanting to give to others.

So finally if you want success, happiness, contentment, and abundance in life... Start feeling gratefulness deeply by heart. These two words can change everything in life… “Thank You”
